      本專業培養適應社會主義市場經濟建設需要,德、智、體、美全面發展,具備人力資源管理理論及其相關法律法規知識及具體操作能力、同時兼具經濟、管理、財會、貿易、財政等方面的基礎知識和基本能力的應用型人才。

 專業特色

   1.“教練式”辦學理念,緊跟世界管理教育前沿。以塑造培養出具備科學的世界觀和正確的人文價值理念的人才作為本專業的特色,培養具有“高度內省力與行動力”、具備“獨立實務性的操作能力”、具有“大智、大仁、大勇”的綜合人文素養的復合人才。

   2.模塊化的課程設計以及完善的課內外的實習、實踐與實訓活動,使員工能夠熟練掌握人力資源管理專業各方面的操作與實務技能。中央支持地方院校建設的“三創教育實驗與訓練基地”將為本專業提供更大的實驗和實訓平臺。

    3.具有一支管理實踐經驗豐富的團隊隊伍。人力資源管理專業教師具有豐富的現代化企業實際管理經驗,有豐富的管理咨詢經驗老師。本專業老師具有教練式的教育能力及系統培訓模式。

    4.課程設置廣泛而深厚,這將使得本校人力資源管理專業員工具有寬泛深厚的學科結構,為厚積薄發打下堅實的基礎。

主干課程

   管理學、微觀經濟學、宏觀經濟學、管理信息系統、統計學、會計學、財務管理、市場營銷、人力資源管理(雙語)、組織行為學、組織設計與工作分析、績效管理、薪酬管理、人員測評與甄選、員工培訓、勞動關系學、公司戰略管理、職業生涯管理等。

就業方向及趨勢

   員工畢業后可從事各類企事業單位、政府和公共部門、各類非贏利組織的人力資源管理的研究、策劃、組織和實施工作以及一般科研工作,也可繼續深造攻讀碩士或出國深造。

Training objectives

   This major aims to provide graduates who are virtuous and intelligent, and fit the need of the development of socialist market economy. Students are trained with HR theories and practical skills, as well as basic knowledge of Economics, Management, Finance and trade.
